I became a Massage Therapist in 2004, since then, I have devoured as much information and education as I can find on what it takes to truly help people feel better and love one’s self through the connection of the body, mind and spirit. I became an Esthetician in 2008, by adding spa treatments and skin care services, I thoroughly enjoy being able to enhance one’s outward appearance and confidence, as well as internal well-being. I am committed to assisting individuals in achieving a life balance through personal wellness, and I am a firm believer in the inseparable connection between the body and the mind. I am very passionate about healthy touch and helping people to feel better mentally, physically and spiritually.
I focus more on the healing aspects of massage by working with a wide variety of ailments including IBS (Irritable Bowel Syndrome), Whiplash, Edema/Swelling, Headaches/Migraines, Crohn’s Disease, Plantar Fasciitis, Fibromyalgia, Multiple Sclerosis, Depression and Anxiety, just to name a few.
"I strongly believe that touch is an art, that enhances our overall health and well-being."
